Gray Tiger Racing Inc. Gives Away Free Stock To Race Fans

(Cave Creek, AZ – April 4, 2003) – Gray Tiger Racing Inc. announced today that it is offering free shares of stock in its company to race fans. A publicly owned corporation, Gray Tiger Racing Inc., was formed to create a racing team to compete in the Grand American Road Racing Association’s Daytona Prototype series. Gray Tiger Racing Inc. has announced plans to give away up to 250,000 shares of stock to people to try to establish a large fan base.

“No race team or race series can survive without fans.” said Terry Rohr, President of Gray Tiger Racing Inc. “Our plan is to giveaway 250,000 actual shares of stock in the company to try to get 250,000 fans that are interested in following our team, and that have an interest in how the team and the company perform. We wanted our fans to be part of the team, and what better way than to give them a piece of it.” Fans can get their free stock by going to the Gray Tiger Racing Inc. website at www.GrayTigerRacing.com.

Gray Tiger Racing Inc., located in Cave Creek, Arizona was incorporated in March 2002 for the purpose of creating a race team to compete in the Grand America Road Racing Association’s new premier series, the Daytona Prototypes. The team is planning on having a car on the track by the end of this year and is planning on running a two car team in 2004.

The cars are designed by Terry Rohr, and the chassis and body designs have been approved by Grand American. Construction on the first chassis and body is planned to start by mid April. Current plans call for utilizing the Honda V-6 engine, however the engine configuration has not yet been approved by Grand American. Grand American requires all engines to be either six or eight cylinders, must be less than 5.5 liters, and the specific configuration must be approved by them. “We would love to run the Honda engines in these cars.” said Rohr, “We realize that we might be giving up a little power to the V-8’s, but feel that there is such a large following for Hondas here in the U.S. that we really would like to have Honda on the sides of our cars.”

For additional information on how to obtain the free stock as well as other information about the team and its plans for this year and next, please see the Gray Tiger Racing Inc. website at www.GrayTigerRacing.com.
